This job came to me by accident, in the end of 2023 BILLA decided to change their brand, get more digitalized and modern. For that they needed a new loyalty app: BILLA new APP.
From the beginning, it looked a little mess, but the biggest challenge was to make all BILLA users to see and feel the benefit of shopping at BILLA. Very important to give them the option to leave the Klub at any time, trust is the key to success.
The brand is changed, the job still the same: Be the safe place for the daily shopping.
